Delivery time
We aim to deliver orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM on the next working day. In exceptional cases, there may be delays at the sorting center or during transport by the delivery service.
If your order has not arrived after 2 days? Please contact us immediately via chat or our contact form - we are happy to help you!
Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer than normal during busy periods.
Delivery areas and carriers
Netherlands (including the Wadden Islands):
We deliver with DHL from Monday to Saturday between 09:00 and 18:00. Not home for delivery? DHL will try again the next business day or deliver the package to a service point nearby.
Belgium & Luxembourg:
We deliver with Bpost from Monday to Saturday between 09:00 and 18:00. Not home? Bpost will try again or deliver it to a collection point.
Shipping costs

Netherlands: free shipping from €35. Below this amount, we charge €4.95 shipping costs.

Belgium & Luxembourg: free shipping from €50. Below this amount, we charge €6.95 shipping costs.
Return Policy
Return period
We have a 14-day return policy. This means that after receiving your item, you have 14 days to request a return. Once you have registered the return, you have another 14 days to return the candle. We kindly ask you to do this as soon as possible.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it. This means unused, with tags, and in the original packaging if applicable. In addition, the receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return process
To initiate a return, please contact us via the contact form.
You can easily drop off your package(s) at the nearest DHL location in your area. This is completely free of charge as long as you contact us first. We will then give you the instructions you need for the return process.
Do you want to use another delivery service? That is also possible, but the costs are at your own expense. We also ask you to contact us first before returning the package.

Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The most efficient way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-day cooling-off period in EU
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us via chat or the contact form.
