This page brings together the information and agreements needed to make your collaboration with WoodWick official.
We’re happy to be working with you. This page is where we confirm the details of our collaboration and collect the information we need to send your package.
The creative briefing, including the brand story, atmosphere and everything important to know, will be sent to you separately after your registration. This page is solely about the agreements for our collaboration.

Creating content without posting it yourself?
No problem. Simply indicate in the form that you work as a UGC creator. You’ll only provide the files, and the rules around tagging and mentions won’t apply since the content won’t be published on your own account.

The agreement
What we agree to.
Before you submit
By submitting the form, you agree to the terms below. There is no separate contract.
These terms are part of your registration. Please take a moment to read them before submitting the form.
What you deliver
Your content
One reel, one story and a review of the product on our product page. We will agree on the publication date together.
When to deliver
Two working days before publication
Please send your content no later than two working days before the agreed publication date via a Google Drive or Dropbox link. WeTransfer is also possible, but those links expire.
Exclusivity
No competing brands
From one week before until one week after your publication, you will not publish paid or sponsored content for another home fragrance brand.
Tagging
If you publish it yourself
Tag our brand account in the caption, invite us as a collaborator on Instagram and clearly indicate that the content is advertising. If we provide campaign hashtags, please include them as well.
Usage rights
Twelve months
We may use your content for twelve months within our brand network, on our own social media channels and in physical materials for stores. After that period, use ends unless we agree to extend it.
Safety
Always handle candles safely
Never move or handle a burning candle while filming. Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep it away from textiles, children and animals.
Your data
Your information stays in your control
We keep your data to manage the collaboration and contact you about future opportunities. You can always ask us to delete your information.
